Snowy Sunday Recap

As advertised, most of the Stateline got over 2" of snow Sunday, with western and northern counties pushing closer to 4"! Here's your city-by-city roundup.
As of Sunday Night

In the wake of the steady snowfall, as of Sunday night many of the state and U.S. roads are still in poor condition.  Most are at least 75% covered by snow causing for many slick spots and therefore many accidents.  Luckily, snow plow drivers were out in full force on the Interstates taking preemptive measures Sunday morning, so I-39, I-90, and I-88 don't look too bad.

Here's a breakdown of major Stateline roads:

Interstates:
-I-39 from Rockford to Rochelle: Some slick spots, reduce speed
-I-39/90 from Rockford to Janesville: In fairly good condition, minimal inconvenience
-I-90 from Rockford to Huntley: In fairly good condition, minimal inconvenience
As of Sunday Night
-I-88 from DeKalb to Sterling: Some slick spots, reduce speed

U.S. Highways:
-U.S. 20 from Freeport to Rockford: Some slick spots, reduce speed
-U.S. 20 from Stockton to Freeport: Roads are mostly covered by snow, travel is not advised

State Roads:
-IL-2 from Oregon to Dixon: Roads are mostly covered by snow, travel is not advised
-IL-23 from DeKalb to Genoa: Roads are mostly covered by snow, travel is not advised
-IL-26 from Freeport to Orangeville: Roads are mostly covered by snow, travel is not advised

-IL-38 from Creston to DeKalb: Roads are mostly covered by snow, travel is not advised - MT
