The first winter snow event is wrapping up throughout the Stateline and these are the area snow totals from December 3rd to December 4th. Average snowfall amounts were right around 6" with lesser amounts falling east of Rockford. The far western parts of the WTVO viewing area saw anywhere between 7"-9" - closer to western Stephenson, Jo Daviess, Carroll and Whiteside Counties. Right around Dubuque they picked up a whopping 10" of snow! Overall what was measured fell in line with what we were forecasting.
