With snow in the forecast the Snowmobile Clubs would like to remind all snowmobilers that most snowmobile trails in north-central Illinois are only open from December 15th - March 15th. Also there much be at least 4 inches of snow on the trails. WITH THE ONGOING DEER HUNTING SEASON AND TRAILS THAT ARE NOT COMPLETED YET...IT IS UNSAFE TO BE ON THE TRAILS. Check with local snowmobile clubs to see if their trails are open yet.
