The graphic to the left depicts our precipitation totals from January 1st to June 7th of the given years. We can see that we are below average thus far, which is why we have been so dry. The hot and humid conditions over the weekend will not help things much, but it looks like we could see some rain Monday and Tuesday. Unfortunately, it will not be enough to break us out of our dry spell, but at least it will be something. Out of all these years, 2009 was the wettest up to this point. This year, we are 3.07 inches below average.
