Turtle Creek in Beloit reached a record crest this morning of 13.59'! Water levels on the creek have been dropping upstream and are expected to begin dropping downstream soon. Flooding, however, continues to occur in Beloit. Rock River water levels are expected to crest within the next day or two with moderate flooding expected.
