To say the last couple of days have been muggy across the Stateline might be a little bit of an understatement.
When dew points dropped this morning, it put an end to a pretty impressive streak. Dew points become "oppressive" when they are above 70°, which is exactly what we had for 45 straight hours to start the week. The last time dew points were that high for that long was almost two years ago. Even last year's record heat wave wasn't as humid as this past Monday and Tuesday!
Here's a look at dew points as of 5:00pm. As you can see, things are much more comfortable out there and will continue to be that way through the end of the work week. Enjoy! -BA
