4:15AM UPDATE: As expected, it didn't take much for Thursday evening's snowfall to have an impact on road conditions. The next batch of snow is pushing in as we speak and as of 4:15AM, roads across much of the area are partially covered with snow.
Road conditions are a little bit worse the closer you get to the Illinois/Wisconsin border.
Stephenson County: Mostly covered
Jo-Daviess County: Mostly covered
Winnebago County: completely covered
