A Warmup In The Forecast

Wednesday has been a chilly day around the Stateline... below average, at least. Temperatures have been stuck in the low 60s all afternoon. Here's a look at temperatures as of 3pm.

The main culprit for the cooler weather is high pressure off to our south. While it is keeping us dry, it is also pumping in cooler air from the north.

Expect lows around 40 degrees tonight... even upper 30s in some spots. The good news is high pressure starts to push east for Thursday and Friday. When that happens, we'll see warming air coming in from the south and highs back in the 70s by week's end.
