It was a very warm day in the Stateline with highs reaching the 50s for some, nearly 15° above average! The milder air continues into the early evening, with temperatures still in the 40s for many as of 9PM. Those numbers have been held up with more cloud cover for now, but once we clear we will drop into the 30s. Overnight lows will reach the low or mid 30s before morning.
Sunday will be another mild day with highs near 50-degrees. We will see a good amount of sunshine through the early afternoon, but the evening will bring an increase in cloud cover. That will be followed by a chance for some showers or drizzle late Sunday into Monday morning.
Highest chances for any precipitation will remain Southeast of the Stateline, but the thick low-level cloud cover could provide some spotty patches of drizzle or a couple light showers through Monday morning.
Unfortunately, the nice warm weather from Monday night into Thursday, with a chance for some spotty flurries Wednesday into Thursday. The coldest period will be Wednesday and Wednesday night, with some spots seeing low temperatures Thursday morning near the single digits! But the chill doesn't last long, as we will return near 40° again Friday into the weekend.
