Heavy rain continues to slowly move northeast across eastern Iowa this morning with some reports of 1"- 2" falling; with several reports of flash flooding occuring. We had a couple of showers pass through this morning but look for the rain, and a few storms, to move in later this afternoon. With the slow moving nature of the storm, heavy rain could be a possibility through the day.
