Friday morning weather update

We have another calm and cool start to the day, as well as a gorgeous sunrise to start our weekend here on the state line! This calm and cool pattern is expected to continue as high pressure continues to build in the Western United States.
With temperatures currently in the mid to upper 50's right now it's again another cool and calm start to our day so a jacket may be needed heading out the door today!
At this same time with temperatures near the dewpoint visibility may diminish through some areas as we start the morning. Janesville and areas northward have higher dewpoints currently helping aid in low visibility to the north and some of this may makes its way south through the morning. As the sun rises though this will heat temperatures up and will diminish fog potential through the morning.
Through the rest of today the calm and clear weather will continue. With temperatures getting into the upper 70's again with no precipitation chances it is once again a perfect time to get outside today. Winds will stay calm again with plenty of sunshine!
Then into tonight temperatures will once again get down into the upper 50's bringing once again another night to keep the AC off and the windows open!
Into the 7 day forecast days like today will continue through the week as temperatures warm up a touch but don't expect too many hot and humid days for the next week. Some rain and thunderstorm potential is possible though as we get towards early next week as a cutoff low system moves through the Midwest bringing some thunderstorm potential with it. However, temperatures stay consistent through this pattern keeping us comfortable!
