After reaching the 50s Saturday afternoon under bright sunshine, temperatures will dip back into the mid-20s overnight tonight, not too far from seasonable averages. Winds will ease up a bit overnight as well, only 5-10 mph wind from the West, then Southwest.

Tomorrow will bring more sunshine, similar to Saturday. But temperatures will be a bit higher, reaching the mid or even upper 50s across the Stateline. It will be a bit breezy again, with winds from the Southwest gusting near 25 mph.

The unseasonable warmth persists into the week ahead, with highs well into the 50s or higher every day this week. This 7-day forecast is more akin to what you would expect to see in April, not early March! Highs will touch the 60s Monday and again Friday. We will remain dry much of the week, aside from a slim chance for rain showers Wednesday night into Thursday and our next large-scale system next weekend.

Friday into Saturday could bring our next strong storm system with the potential for strong winds, rain, and even some storms. There is a lot of time to hone in on that forecast but keep tuned for any storm potential Friday into Saturday!
