Fall like conditions into weekend with a few chances of showers

It looks like we can start to put 80-degree temperatures behind us (for the most part) unless we get another unexpected burst of heat towards next week! Another comfortable day looks likely today with plenty of sunshine and fall like conditions with temperatures in the 60's, before that though patchy fog will be possible into the morning. As we head towards night, clouds will build this evening into tomorrow ahead of our next low-pressure system.

Through tomorrow, isolated to even scattered showers will possible ahead of our next low-pressure system that will be in place to our northeast over the Northern Great Lakes. As the "warm front" with this system lifts in, a tongue of moisture will allow for some showers to develop through the morning however precipitation totals don't look to get over a quarter of an inch tomorrow.

Temperature wise, we'll continue to remain near or just above average with our daily highs staying in the low 70's and upper 60's! More fall like conditions will be likely heading into Sunday though as breezier conditions will be possible along with a few more chances at some showers.
The heaviest precipitation chances over the next few days and into next week will remain to our northwest however into Sunday a weak upper-level disturbance is expected to move through portions of the Midwest. If we can see this time up well with available moisture, chances for a few isolated showers will be there Sunday.
