With the heaviest round of snow now moving off to our east this morning we can begin to look back at a few overnight snowfall reports from this system. Reports will be coming in throughout the morning however as it stands now areas across the state line seen anywhere from 1-3 inches of snow starting last night lasting until the early morning hours. A few light snow showers and flurries are still ongoing which may add to some totals by the time reports are counted.

Snow flurries will be possible up until 9 a.m. this morning where drier air is expected to push into the region which may offer sunshine this afternoon. As temperatures drop this evening, we'll see slightly more moisture available which may offer the chances for another round of flurries this evening, however even with those chances' snowfall totals will remain near zero.

The one guarantee is it will be very chilly through the next two mornings as temperatures drop into the 20's and even low 20's by tomorrow morning. Combine that with a brisk northerly wind through the next two days wind chill temperatures will drop into the teens and even single digits at times. If you plan on spending any time outdoors the next two days make sure to wear multiple layers and take breaks inside if possible.
