Scattered showers possible this morning and into the afternoon

After a weak cold front passed through last night, an area of low pressure in the upper levels of the atmosphere will still be nearby today which looks to bring a few chances of showers with it. Through the morning, with cooler temperatures at the surface limited moisture will be able to help these chances for showers. Most showers as of now though are well to our north.
Behind yesterday's cold front cooler temperatures have hung around and will continue through much of the day with limited sunshine. Temperatures look to stay in the upper 40's through the day which is about 8 degrees cooler than average for this time in November! Along with the chances of rainfall, some graupel may also be possible thanks to very cold temperatures in the mid-levels of our atmosphere.

Shower chances today will be highest this afternoon anywhere between 1-5 p.m. with most being isolated in nature with not much precipitation accumulation expected. However, a few showers may also be possible this morning towards the 9-10 a.m. hours, but most model guidance expects higher coverage of showers into the later afternoon.
